What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, checks, and money orders.
Do you have access to every moulding profile?
We stock only some of the numerous profiles we provide. We do not, however, have a minimum order quantity. Our lead time is two to a half weeks for shapes and species we do not own stock.
Can I revoke my purchase?
Orders for bespoke cove molding may be cancelled unless they have been put into production by notifying us as soon as feasible. It can be cancelled if a stock order has yet to be dispatched.
How will my purchase be delivered?
Most of our 95-inch-and-under orders will be sent by FedEx or UPS. Larger purchases and longer items will be shipped via LTL.
What is the cost of shipping?
Depending on the size and length of your order for large cove crown moulding, our sales staff will provide you with a delivery estimate. We often use the most affordable, reputable carrier.
What is the return policy?
We work hard to provide complete client satisfaction. Please let us know within 60 days if you are not pleased with the quality, and we will either replace or return the products. Custom mouldings can only be produced if there is an issue with the quality or how it was cut.
What types of wood do you offer?
Almost all of our wood species are available. Therefore, we ought to be able to mill it if it is accessible.
Can you match the moulding I already have?
Yes, we can reproduce cove moulding if you provide us with a sketch or sample of an existing one.
What other goods do you provide besides mouldings?
Along with inside doors, we also provide butcher block countertops, cutting boards, barn door hardware, columns, and stair parts.

Can I obtain examples of your mouldings before placing an order?
Yes, if you provide a list of the crown moulding profiles you’d want, we’ll try our best to comply.

We provide free take-offs and quotes to help you with any new construction or renovation project.
Why is there a set-up fee?
In essence, that minimum order fee pays for the set-up of our moulder, the pulling of timber, and the ripping of the material.
Do you have pre-finished mouldings available?
We can custom-match an existing hue and offer hundreds of primary stain colours. For the mouldings that you want to paint, we also provide priming.
